Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return subject to the following conditions:

1. Return Period

• Return requests must be submitted within 3 days of the delivery date.

2. Product Condition

• The product must be returned in its original condition.
• It must be unused and unopened, with all original packaging and tags intact.
• Opened or used products cannot be returned.
• Perfumes and body splashes are non-returnable.

3. Return Fees

• A return fee of 2 JOD applies to orders within Amman.
• A return fee of 4 JOD applies to orders from other governorates.

4. Refund Process

• Refunds will be processed only after the returned product has been received and inspected to confirm that it meets the return conditions.
• The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Please note: Refunds for online payments may take between 3 and 30 business days to appear in your account. Processing times depend on your bank’s internal procedures and are standard for online refunds.
